This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms for payments and refunds related to our course focused and responsible journalism courses.

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer or other approved methods. reportzenxy reserves the right to adjust course fees with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if the course is cancelled by reportzenxy.
• Partial refund of 50 percent if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start date.
• No refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the start date or after course materials have been accessed.

Exceptions

Special circumstances such as medical emergencies may be considered on a case by case basis with supporting documentation.
